India is now on the lowest rung of risk for Covid for the US, thanks to a rapidly improving pandemic situation and increasing vaccination here. The US state department said that “indicating a low level of Covid-19 in the country”, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a level 1 (lowest threat level) for India.
