India adds 88 lakh new jobs in Apr, unemployment rate higher than Mar

India created 88 lakh jobs in April in one of the biggest expansions in the labour market post Covid-19 pandemic shock, even as the unemployment rate remained slightly higher than March, according to the latest report by Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE). https://ift.tt/dK0JYGr
