EPFO cuts interest rate to 8.1%, lowest in 40 years

The government on Friday approved lowering interest rate on employees' provident fund (EPF) to 40 year low of 8.1 per cent for financial year 2021-22. With today's reduction, the EPF interest rate is now lowest since 1977-78, when it stood at 8 per cent. https://ift.tt/iHtcu7K
