World Bank sees India's growth at 6.9% this year

The World Bank on Tuesday upgraded India's gross domestic product (GDP) forecast for the financial year 2022-23 to 6.9% from 6.5% earlier.In its latest India Development Update, the World Bank said the revision was due to higher resilience of the Indian economy to global shocks and better-than-expected second quarter numbers. https://ift.tt/hxqGSbl
