Credit Suisse chairman ‘truly sorry’ for failure to stem crisis

Credit Suisse Chairman Axel Lehmann apologized to shareholders at the bank's annual meeting in Zurich for their failure to address the loss of trust in the bank that had built up well before he assumed leadership.
