'Byju's auditor Deloitte resigns mid term three board members step down'

Deloitte and three board members have left Indian edtech company Byju's after a legal battle and an investor cut the firm's valuation. Deloitte stepped down mid-term due to "long-delayed" financial reports by the company. The company has appointed BDO as its new auditor.
