Zara billionaire Ortega buys Chicago apartment tower for $232 million

Amancio Ortega, the billionaire founder of Zara, has purchased a luxury apartment building in Chicago for $232 million. The 45-story building contains high-end apartments and adds to Ortega's growing US property portfolio, which includes other landmark properties.
