Warren Buffett, the ninth-richest person in the world, has stated that his fortune will be open to public scrutiny after his death. He has pledged to donate over 99% of his wealth to philanthropy and has started the Giving Pledge initiative with Bill and Melinda Gates. Buffett's three children are the executors of his will and trustees of the charitable trust that will receive his fortune.
