Wipro claims Rs 25 crore damages from former CFO Jatin Dalal for breach of contract

Wipro has filed a suit against its former CFO Jatin Dalal in the civil court in Bengaluru, seeking Rs 25 crore in damages for breach of contract. The company also requests an 18% per annum interest on the amount and a permanent injunction against Dalal from disclosing confidential information or soliciting customers or employees. Wipro questions Dalal's undertaking to the US SEC, stating that it is false and misleading.
